One of the best parts of planning this year’s Knot Gala has been the opportunity to work with a variety of vendors who are really good at what they do, like Brooklyn-based gourmet cake pop designers: Fabipops!
I’ve posted about cake pops on the blog before (click HERE to see my homemade Christmas cake pop creations!) but Fabipops has taken this relatively new dessert trend to another level with their signature dessert tables and unique hand-designed artwork.
For people who are planning a special occasion either large or small, Fabipops is a less costly-alternative to expensive cakes. In addition to reducing expenses, Fabipops eliminates plates and silverware, enabling less paper, plastic and water to be wasted on the clean-up process. This also means a weight is lifted off the serving staff, which can be a life-changing factor for parties that center on children, just one of Fabipop’s specialties.
Fabiopops come in the form of cake pops, ring pops and push pops, all of which can be altered to fit the needs for any holiday or occasion and are available in a dozen flavors which include: Birthday Cake, S’mores, Cotton Candy, Winter Breeze, Lemon Raspberry Drop, Almond, Strawberry Shortcake, CheeseCake Pop, Cookies and Cream, and Brooklyn Batter. Fabipops also makes alcohol infused Fabipops & gluten, dairy, and nut-free Fabipops.

I’m really looking forward to seeing what Fabipops has in store for the Knot gala later this month! I’ll be sure to share via social media, so keep an eye on my channels in the coming weeks for that and more.
