Merry Christmas!

Hey Ya’ll,

I hope you’re all having an amazing holiday with your loved ones. I’m in Austin, TX celebrating Christmas with my family and friends here.

So far, I’ve celebrated my grandmother’s 92nd birthday, met up with old high school friends, attended my mother’s holiday party—to which, she invited all of the families from the street that we grew up on (such a blast from the past!). I also had a blast being Santa (see below) at my sister’s annual Posada party, where all of the kids dress up like Mary and Joseph and the wise men and angels to celebrate Baby Jesus’ Birthday.
Not to mention, brunch at my Grandmother’s on Christmas eve, and then today, everyone descends upon my mom’s house for our big tenderloin Christmas dinner… super yummy and very Texan!

Wherever you are for the holidays, I hope you’ll take a few minutes to check out my guest blog for The Advocate online, HERE.

Merry Christmas, Ya’ll!

  1. Brian this is a fantastic blog! It’s sweet to see how close you are with your family and dressing up as Santa! I’m sure the kids in your family will always look back fondly of you as their amazing Uncle who loves to have fun! My one year blog anniversary came and went on the 9th of this Month (March 2012) and I was wondering if I could do a blog interview with you. It will strictly just be on WordPress, not anywhere else. I’ve never interviewed someone on WordPress and I was thinking you would be my first choice to do it with. Let me know. I can think of some great questions. Thanks Brian! 🙂
